How long is too long? How short is too short?
We’ve been trying to figure out how many seconds to give users when they’re calling in their SHiLLS.
Giving users more time makes it more gratifying to call in, but forcing users to cram their passion/opinions/ideas into a shorter clip makes for a more entertaining playback experience.
In our testing we’ve found that 15 seconds is just about right. Long enough to make a point, but short enough that you still feel a sense of urgency when you’re calling in.
